EVENTS & FUNDRAISING

We are always fund-raising for the NCT as a whole but we as a Branch are currently trying to raise funds for training of a second antenatal teacher and a breastfeeding counsellor. This will enhance the services we can offer and attract new members in future so please support our fund-raising events.

Please note that at all venues breastfeeding mothers may have the use of a separate room if they so wish and there will be facilities for warming bottles for those who are bottle feeding.

The National Childbirth Trust wants all parents to have an experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood that enriches their lives and gives them confidence in being a parent. We exist to offer information and support in pregnancy, childbirth and early parenthood. We campaign to improve maternity care and ensure better services and facilities for new parents. We aim to give every parent the opportunity to make informed choices. We want to make sure that everyone has access to our services and activities. New members, volunteers and donations to support our work are welcome.
